Izabella Paronyan is an Armenian pianist, educator, and organizer of musical events. She has dedicated her professional career to developing and promoting classical music.
Izabella was born on July 22, 1977, in Yerevan, Armenia, into a family of musicians. Izabella displayed remarkable talent and a deep love for music from an early age. Recognizing her potential, her parents ensured she received a professional musical education. She graduated from music school with honors, performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 with the Armenian Chamber Orchestra. She then continued her studies at the Romanos Melikian Music College and later specialized in instrumental performance at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan. Continuing her education at the postgraduate level, she attained high qualifications as a concert pianist, chamber ensemble soloist, accompanist, and teacher.
Izabella Paronyan has performed as a soloist and ensemble artist on various stages in Armenia and abroad.
For many years, she has taught at leading musical institutions in Armenia, including the Romanos Melikian Music College and the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan. Her students have repeatedly become laureates of national and international competitions.
As the founder and director of “The Paronyan” LLC, Isabella actively develops music education, organizes cultural events, and hosts international competitions, such as the “GeneralBass” International Baroque Music Piano Competition, which aims to promote Baroque music among young musicians.
She is the founder and head of the “Paronyan” Music School in Yerevan, where talented children, laureates of prestigious international music competitions, receive their education. The students of the school consistently win top awards at the most significant musical competitions, representing Armenia on the international stage.
The “Paronyan” School not only provides high-level musical education but also actively participates in international cultural projects, competitions, and festivals, helping young musicians develop their talents and prepare for a professional career.
Izabella Paronyan is the author of the educational book «Magic Piano» and has received numerous honors and diplomas for her contributions to musical arts and pedagogy. Her work has been recognized by the Yerevan City Cultural Administration and international music competitions in London, Paris, Vienna, Budapest, Citta di San Dona di Piave, Abu
Dhabi, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Odessa, and other cities.
Izabella Paronyan continues her mission of nurturing new generations of musicians, striving to instill in them a deep appreciation for classical music and its traditions.
